Who are Soul Noire products for?
For anyone who wants to live more whole, especially if you’ve been feeling stretched, fragmented, burnt out, consumed or controlled by trauma, and/or emotionally distant from yourself. Soul Noire is for the person who wants soul care that feels culturally aware, faith-anchored, and creative, without being forced or overly prescriptive.
Are your products faith-based?
Yes. Soul Noire is anchored in Christian faith and Kingdom principles. We do not believe spirituality has to be performative or heavy-handed. Our tools make room for God, meaning, and inner life, while honoring that God speaks to you personally and your journey will look unique.
How do drops work?
Each drop is themed around an identity word and released in a limited window. The Collective receives first word and early access. Physical inventory premieres at the nearest in-person event first, then becomes available online in limited quantities for a short time after. Once a window closes, the drop may return later, but restocks are never guaranteed.
Why do you release physical journals at events first?
Because Soul Noire is built for real life and real connection. Our work is tactile, reflective, and art-minded. Releasing in person first honors the experience of holding the tools, meeting the community, and letting the work land beyond a screen.
How do I know when the next drop is coming?
Join the Collective. The Collective gets first word on drop dates, themes, event releases, online release windows, and restocks. When public details are available, we also share them on our website and social platforms.
Where can I find event information?
Event details are shared with the Collective first. When public dates are confirmed, you’ll also find them on our website and announcements.
What happens if something is out of stock online?
If an item is out of stock, it is sold out for that release window. Some drops may restock based on demand and timing, while others are truly limited and will not return. The Collective is the best way to catch restocks and future releases.
Do you offer preorders or reservations?
At this time, most releases are first-come, first-served during their drop window. Occasionally, we may open preorders or limited reservations for select items. The Collective will be the first to know if that becomes available.
What digital products do you offer?
Most releases include digital resources such as journals, affirmation cards, ebooks, workbooks, printable pages, and other soul-care tools.
How do digital downloads work?
After purchase, you’ll receive a download link immediately and by email. You can save the files to your phone, tablet, or computer. If you have trouble accessing your download, contact us and we’ll help.
Can I print the digital products?
Yes. Most downloads are designed for personal printing. For the best experience, we recommend printing on quality paper and using a binder or folder if you want a physical feel.
What is your refund policy for digital products?
Because digital products are delivered instantly, all digital sales are final. If you experience any technical issues, reach out and we will help you access what you purchased.
Do you ship internationally?
International shipping availability will depend on the product and fulfillment method. If international shipping is not available at launch, we plan to expand as Soul Noire grows. The Collective will receive updates first.

At this time, all sales are final. We are not currently accepting returns or exchanges.

While refunds and replacements are not guaranteed at this time, we are happy to review concerns on a case-by-case basis and attempt a reasonable resolution where possible.
